- How far in advance should I book?
- For a table of two or four a few days are usually enough; on weekends and in Florence's high season it is worth booking earlier. For groups and for the experiences — cooking class, wine tasting, box lunch — ask as early as you can: the rooms are arranged to measure and the most requested dates fill up quickly.
- What happens after I send the request?
- The form does not confirm the table automatically: the request reaches our front desk, which checks the diary and gets back to you within a few hours to confirm date, time and room. The booking is valid only after our reply. If it is urgent, you can always call us or write on WhatsApp.
- Can I book for a large group?
- Yes. The rooms are adjoining and can be combined, hosting more than 150 guests in a single sitting. Choose "Group" in the form and state the number of participants: we will suggest how to lay out the rooms and, if useful, an agreed menu. For groups we ask for at least 2 days' notice. The experiences — cooking class and wine tasting — have their own numbers, listed on each page.
- Are dogs allowed?
- Yes, dogs are welcome. Please mention it in your booking request with the size of the animal: together with the table confirmation we will tell you the most comfortable room, for you and for the other guests.
- Are high chairs available for children?
- Yes, high chairs are available. Children are welcome — including at the cooking classes, which are open to everyone from kids to adults. Tell us the children's ages and how many high chairs you need in your request: we will have them ready at the table and can prepare portions suited to them.
- Can I pay by card?
- Yes. We accept credit and debit cards — Visa and Mastercard — and contactless payments from phones and smartwatches, as well as cash. For groups, a single bill can be arranged when booking.
