- Is the box lunch collected or delivered?
- Both. The group can collect the boxes at Via Ghibellina 178/R, a few steps from Santa Croce, or we can deliver them to your hotel. We agree the time and the delivery point in advance so the boxes are ready when the coach or the tour needs them.
- Can allergies and special diets be handled in the boxes?
- Yes. We prepare separate, clearly identified boxes for allergies, intolerances or specific needs — gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, halal. All we need is the number and type of requirements together with the group confirmation, not on the day itself.
- From how many people are box lunches organised?
- Box lunches are organised from 15 people upwards. For larger numbers there is no fixed limit: what matters is the collection or delivery time and the notice, which we agree together when you enquire.
