Groups

The right restaurant for your groups in Florence.

Custom menus, cooking classes, wine tastings and box lunches. Working alongside tour operators and industry specialists for years.

How a proposal for your group takes shape.

We don't work from a fixed price list: every proposal is built to order around your request, because a school trip, a party of forty at dinner and a corporate incentive need very different things. All we need to know is the date, the number of people, the time slot and what you actually need.

01

The enquiry

Write to us at least two days ahead — the minimum we need to organise the dining room and the kitchen. For larger groups and in high season, the earlier the better.

02

The proposal

We reply with a menu built around your group, including alternatives for allergies and intolerances, vegetarian and vegan options and, if needed, halal choices. Timings adapt to your sightseeing programme.

03

On the day

We welcome you at Via Ghibellina 178/R, a short walk from Santa Croce: four connecting ground-floor rooms, high chairs for little ones and dogs welcome. Service is paced so the group leaves on schedule.

Frequently asked

Organising a group, with no surprises.

Numbers, timings, languages and how we work with tour operators, hotels and concierges in the historic centre.

What is the minimum and maximum number of participants?
It depends on the experience. The wine tasting has no minimum and takes up to 50 people. The pasta cooking class runs from 15 to 50 participants, the pizza one from 15 to 70. At table, the adjoining rooms combined seat more than 150 guests in a single sitting.
How long do the experiences last?
Each has its own duration: the pasta cooking class lasts 1 hour 30 minutes, the pizza class 40 minutes, the wine tasting 1 hour 10 minutes. Time at table is added where planned. Every proposal is built around your request: if you are tight between two visits, tell us and we plan the programme accordingly.
What language are the activities held in?
The language is agreed when you send your request: tell us the group's language and we arrange the activity accordingly, working with the tour leader or guide if the group has one.
How much notice is needed to book a group?
At least 2 days. Every proposal is built to measure around your request — rooms, timings, menu — so the more notice you give us, the more room we have to organise everything properly. On the busiest dates it is still worth asking early.
Can the experiences take place at lunchtime?
We are open every day with all-day service from 11:00 to 23:00, so activities can be scheduled at lunchtime as well as in the evening. The exact time is agreed according to room availability and your group's programme: state it in your enquiry and we confirm the slot.
How does it work for tour operators, hotels and concierges?
We have worked alongside tour operators, hotels and concierges in the historic centre for years. The flow is simple: you send us the date, the number of people and the format with at least 2 days' notice, you receive a written proposal built around your request, and on the day the group finds the rooms already set. Box lunches can be collected at the restaurant or delivered to the hotel.
